Travels with Frog Videos

 The last day on River Road on the Blackwater River. Had been a good stay  & visit with Nature! Thunderstorms & blue skies!! Awesome!! 

Just a quick catch-up of the road! The Desert is just so awesome!  I've moved deeper into the desert, so be sure to keep checking back or click subscribe to get notifications on updates!

 Found a very good spot on the river in WVa to spend a few days! And of  course it rained about 3 out of 5 days! But that is ok...the  thunderstorms were just fabulous! And saw 2 bald eagles cruising the  river while there! 

 On the road in W Texas. Just a "catch-up minute". But I can say that I'm  in my "Happy Place"!! I do love the desert. And I will be in the desert  for the next several months! So hang in here with me as I drive the  forgotten roads out in the Western USA and see what I can find. I'll be  off the grid in a couple of weeks on and off, so the videos might get a  bit sporadic, but they will be coming along as we find spots, have  signal & have things worth seeing and thinking about you taking a  tr

 I am so far behind with getting my 90sec Updates out, due to visiting  family and friends on my travels from East to West for my Winter run  thru the West! And as seems to be the norm for the past couple of years,  the cold is chasing me! I have SEVERAL 90sec Updates to get done and  uploaded for you. So bear with me as I play catch-up over the next  couple of weeks!! 

 A quick visit at the Canaan Valley WMR. Very well do small  display/museum of the job and works that take place to watch over and  protect wildlife in the area. 

 Took another left turn and found a really well setup state historical  site. The childhood home of General JJ Pershing. Had a really nice small  "museum", a video about the General & lots of good information.  They are in the process of moving parts of the operation, but it is  still worth the stop to see. So remember to get out and see what is  around you the next time you go out for  "a drive"!! 

 If you ever get close to Swedesburg, IA you really need to make time to drop in and check out this little spot! Swedish American Museum & Historical Society. It is well worth the stop, especially if you have school age kids! 🐸 

 Just another drive around Madison, WI....Awesome old homes & buildings!! 

 Just a quick drive around Madison, WI. The older houses are just  wonderful, the Univ of WI is HUGE! And so many original buildings still  in use! Won't talk about all the students wandering around ( 30-40K) of  them! The lakes and bay are just gorgeous also. It is a city to visit! 

 The first leg of my "winter run" chasing the proverbial 70 degrees!  There will be many Updates of the "Winter Run 2023-2024"! Hope you enjoy  and see some places that you would enjoy going to yourselves!!

Made a side trip to Lunatic Asylum in  Weston, WVa. Quite a place to see and the history behind it is amazing.
