My challenge to you is for you to find a spot near...not several hundred miles away, but just an hour or three away! You should not have to travel long to find "The Woods"!
Daily life seems to always be "rush, rush" and our bodies and spirits need to be able to slow down, relax, be calm! The best way that I have found is to get back to Nature, into the woods where you can breathe, unwind, just commune with Nature.
If you will take pictures of you outing, date stamp them, let me know where you finally found your little piece of the woods, and let me know you did your best to leave the phone in airplane mode I will send you a sticker for TwF that will something like "TwF 3 Month Challenge Taken & Survived"!
